story behind the Front Porch Project

I’ve been so inspired by the #frontporchproject pictures showing up all over social media in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Photographers, from a safe distance, are donating their time and taking pictures of families on their front porch or in their yard as a memory of this unprecedented time of “safer at home” initiatives and social distancing. My  hope is to contribute to the sense of community and togetherness we all need, now more than ever. The mini sessions are completely free of charge, but donations to a local charity or small business/restaurant are encouraged if possible.
